Adding Personal Payment Method In Fusion R13 Not Possible (Doc ID 2432295.1)

When attempting to create Personal Payment Method in UI,
the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to person management -> search for one employee -> tasks : manage payment methods -> " add " -> select EFT defined payment method )
- then no field to add the bank account number and when click on submit without adding account number i am receiving the attached error.

2. Create Personal Payment Method.
3. Error occurs.
