Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

EFIX: Oracle Sales Cloud: Oracle Social Data and Insight Cloud Service Down

We are receiving errors when we attempt to enrich or verify address using DaaS. (see attachments). This issue started happening this morning.

ERROR
-----------------------
Your request cannot be processed by oracle social data insight cloud service.Contact help desk.
An application error occurred.see incident log for more details.

Unable to establish a connection to the Oracle Social data and insight service because your sign in credentials are incorrect(ZCM_3090042)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Account click synchronize account
2. getting error "Your request cannot be processed by oracle social data insight cloud service.Contact help desk."
3. Navigate to Profile page and click on Verify address then getting error "Unable to establish a connection to the Oracle Social data and insight service because your sign in credentials are incorrect(ZCM_3090042)"
