Physical Percent Complete Progress not rolling up to top task (Doc ID 2432752.1)

Physical Progress % field not updated automatically for top task after updating the physical % complete values manually for sub-tasks.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: Project Progress tracking (Physical Progress%) should be rolled up to Parent task

Also, following exceptions were observed in the Progress tab:

1. The Actual Quantity field cannot be correctly calculated

2. No rate was found for the non-labor transaction.
