Symptoms

 On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

QuickPay runs not showing run results in SOE and is not in View Process Results search

The latest QuickPay run for a person is not showing in the View Process Results search page.
Also, when navigating from the Checklist work area, the SOE results are not displaying.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
QuickPay runs showing run results in SOE and should be found in View Process Results search.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run QuickPay;
2. go to Payroll Calculation;
3. search person;
4. click on View Person Results;
5. Quickpay missing from UI.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find QuickPay, cannot verify end results.
