Not Able To Get Permission Option On Group Configuration Screen When Creating Groups With No UI(Universal Interface) Or RF(Radio Frequency) Menus (Doc ID 2432891.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Trying to interface data using WMS (Warehouse Management Services), I am following the steps mentioned in Oracle Integration Guide; however, I am not able to get the Group permission "can_run_ws_stage_interface" in group permission drop down.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Able to give grant to users.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Steps followed to give group permission:
1. Login to a Cloud WMS environment with an ADMIN Role user
2. Open the Group Configuration screen and create a group with no UI or RF menus
3. Select the group, click the permissions button and in the drilldown screen.
    Not able to get that permission option.
