Issue With Integrating Oracle Cloud Applciation (Doc ID 2432899.1)

Symptoms

For the domain : ehpg-dev1, user : <userName>
- Login using the Traditional account
  OR
- Choose company Sign in

EPM application dashboard is accessible with SSO configuration, latter is pre-configured and non-editable.

The Test SSO fails on this page, which has been said to be an expected behaviour by the ERP and EPM support teams.
When we login to the IDCS and choose Oracle Cloud Service Application, then the same error page as Test SSO appears,
with the same error URL

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Integrate ERP and IDCS successfully
2. Configure EPM with IDCS and then try to access EPm application from IDCS

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access EPM application from within IDCS`
