Symptoms

On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, Sales, Sales Catalog

When attempting to Add Products to the Shopping cart, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 300, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_CRM_UIAPP.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select an account not having the shopping cart.
2. Navigate to Account profile tab
3. Check that the shopping cart is not there
4. Click on create Shopping cart button
5. The shopping cart is added to the account
6. Drill into the shopping cart

Due to this issue, users cannot click on shopping cart record
