Overhead Only Timesheets Will Not Clear From P6 EPPM Approval (PM) Tab (Doc ID 2432977.1)

Timesheets Will Not Clear from P6 EPPM Approval Tab (PM) when a timesheet with only Overhead Time, that is not project related, still appears in the "Actions Required" list - no matter how often it is approved.


Timesheets should be removed from the PM Actions Required list after approval.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Launch Team Member.
  2. Click on Timesheets tab.
  3. Click on Add / Overhead Time.
  4. Select Overhead Time Code.
  5. Enter the hours.
  6. Click Submit.
  7. Launch P6 EPPM.
  8. Click on the Approvals tab / Timesheets.
  9. Highlight timesheet and Approve.
  10. Save changes.
  11. Exit Approvals and relaunch.
  12. Observe the timesheet is still present under Actions Required.
