Baseline Variance Columns Blank When Client-Side Cache is On. (Doc ID 2432984.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

Baseline variance columns are blank when caching is on.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

Baseline variance columns would be populated as long as data is present.

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login P6 Professional with CloudConnect with client-side cache enabled.
2. Open the Project, then Maintain Baseline, Add. Then Assign Baseline to Project.
3. Noticed the columns did not display.
