Import AutoInvoice Execution Report Erroring Out with No Output (Doc ID 2433024.1)

 Customer was submitting Import AutoInvoice by calling webservice and passing the required parameters. This resulted in an Error on the ESS job for Import AutoInvoice: Execution Report. There was no output associated with the error. Customer then ran the job "Import AutoInvoice" again with no changes, and the Execution Report was successful. Initial findings resulted in the error: "ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error".
