Newly Added /Modifed Paysheets Adjustment Reason Codes Not Showing In Paysheets Drop Down (Doc ID 2433039.1)

Symptoms

After adding/modifying the Paysheets manual adjustment reason codes in Lookups table, its not showing up in Paysheets drop down.
As a results, the manual paysheet adjustments are getting failed.

You may re-produce this issue by following these steps...
-- Navigate to "Set up and Maintenance"
-- Search for "Manage Incentive Compensation Lookups"
-- Lookup Type = AVAYA_IC_CN_REASON_ID
-- add/modify any reason code
-- Save and close

-- Navigate to "Participant snapshot" and search for Participant "Efrain Emilio Morales Toloza"
-- Click on Manage Paysheets and search for "Jul-2018" period paysheet
-- Click on "Paysheet details" and click on "Manual adjustments
-- Click "+" sign and click on "Reason" drop down to see the Reason code added or not
