Symptoms

The value of the attribute Team Member is not valid.

Unable to create Opportunities due to the following error:
  The value of the attribute Team Member is not valid.

This error is occurring on the attempted save a newly created opportunity.

There are approx. 400 users loaded through OIM which is the source of the issue according to Oracle Support documentation.

Given the errors, tried to create users through the Manage Users functionality but received the same error.

Currently do not have a workaround for this issue, which is causing delays to the scheduled UAT.
