Unifier Cloud Environment User Cannot Login - This account was marked as inactive (Doc ID 2433099.1)

Symptoms

On any Oracle cloud hosted Unifier environment:

When attempting to log into an Oracle hosted Unifier Cloud Environment, a specific User, after entering valid login credentials, receives the following error in red text on the login page:

ERROR

"This account was marked as inactive. Please refer to your administrator, or send an e-mail to Support"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open a supported web browser and enter the environment URL.
  2. When the Login page appears, enter the user credentials.
  3. The Primavera Cloud Portal page opens successfully, so it seems the user has accessed the environment.
  4. However, when the User clicks on the "Unifier" link, the error above is displayed on the Unifier login page.
