Goal

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Capture Transactions-Approve Journals

Rejected JEs are visible to all users with "General accountants" and "General accounting manager" under requiring attention tab in GL dashboard. Ideally rejected JE should be visible to the creator only to take required actions upon.
