REL13UPG: View Current and Future Benefits Effective Date

 Newly added capabilities to the View Current and Future Benefits which allows employee to search by date to see what their benefits were/are as of a particular date. This information is on the Oracle Cloud Readiness site. We recently upgraded our Dev instance to R13 18A, in reviewing I do not see date effective field
