Getting a blank screen when click on Create Opportunity button.

The issue happens for multiple users, multiple browsers, either in main Opportunity page, or from the Account opportunities page.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Opportunity
2. Create Opportunity button
3. Blank screen pops up

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create new opportunity records.
