Asset Clearing Account Increasing Budget When Asset Is Created In FA Module (Doc ID 2433253.1)

Goal

We have budget module and FA module. When we are creating Asset in FA module (either manually or through payables), it will post a JV where Asset Cost account will be debited and Asset Clearing account will be credited but here, asset clearing account is increasing the budget.
So can you please help that how to resolve this?
Whether we need to create one more clearing account and keep it outside of budget scope and map that in FA module setup or there is some other workaround?
