Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After summarizing an inactive project, the View Service Status shows empty in the Projects field for the service log entry.
After publishing an inactive project, the View Service Status shows no log entry for this service.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After summarizing or publishing an inactive project, the View Service Status shows correct log information for the services.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 web.
2. Navigate to Projects list page.
3. High-light an Inactive project, choose Actions -> Summarize or Publish
4. Check Administer -> View service status, wait for services to complete
5. Observe above symptom in View Service Status.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the service log information for publishing or summarizing an Inactive project.
