How To Start/Stop the Oracle Autonomous Blockchain Cloud Service (OABCS) Service Instances? (Doc ID 2433436.1)

Goal

This knowledge article reflects updated product names. Oracle Blockchain Platform Cloud Service (OBPCS) was formerly known as Autonomous Blockchain Cloud Service (ABCS). Please refer to "Name Change for PaaS services during Jan 2019 <Document 2493395.1>" for the full list of recently renamed PaaS services.

Created Oracle Blockchain Platform Cloud Service (OBPCS).  Trying to stop those instances, but couldn't find an option to stop and start these instances. It's only shows delete instance option.

shows how to delete an instance but not for stopping/starting one.
