Symptoms
Sales Order Pick and Issue inventory transactions are created with different time stamps
Sales Order Issue transaction was created at 7/27/2018 1:36PM, but transaction date was 7/27/2018 1:17pm
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Transaction date on the sales order issue and pick transaction will match the actual creation date of the transaction
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a sales order
2. Pick release the sales order
3. Ship the order.
5. Navigate to Inventory Management > Task List > Review Completed Transactions
