After Copying a Doc Designer Element with a Translation the Translation Is Not Saved after Closing the Document (Doc ID 2433499.1)

Symptoms

Copying a text element with translations does not save any of the translations after reloading the document.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a document
  2. Create a text element and define a translation for it
  3. Copy the element
  4. Save the document, see that copied version has translation
  5. Close and reopen document
  6. Observe copied element doesn't have translation anymore
