Product Hub Publication Job Failing : Without Log (Doc ID 2433739.1)

Symptoms

Product Hub Publication BPEL Processing Job is Error/Failed
But there is no log file generated. This is causing problem for the user as they are unable to find the cause for failure.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Manage Spoke System -> Select the Spoke -> Publish Now
2. The child program Product Hub Publication BPEL Processing Job fails. Note that there is no log file associated.
  The parent log refers to the errored non existent child log.
