Error 'The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases.' When Trying to Login to an Oracle Cloud Hosted Unifier Environment (Doc ID 2433809.1)

When attempting to log into Primavera Unifier, the following error occurs and/or the user is brought back to the login screen and is unable to login successfully.

The system could not process your request.  Logging in again may help in some cases.  Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Browse to the website URL.
  2. Enter the login credentials. 
  3. Click the Sign In button.  The portal page comes up.
  4. Click on the Unifier button.
  5. Note reported behavior.
