Cannot access SSE through store instance (Doc ID 2433834.1)

In an OCI-C environment, after uploading a server side extension,  it can be accessed only through the SSE server directly, not through the store instance.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload a server side extension on the admin interface

2. Try to access it through the store URL. It will fail.

3. Try to access it through the SSE server link. It will return the expected result.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot cannot access the SSE through the expected instance.
