Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Service Requests

Unable to create Service Request Status.

ERROR
-----------------------
Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[ORA_SVC_SR_STATUS_CD Cancelled 0 0 ].

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup & Maintenance
2. Task -> Manage Service Request Status Values
3. Create a new Status by clicking on "Resolved" and then button "Create Status"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create the new status as per their requirement
