Symptoms

When attempting to Upload data Access sets using spreadsheets
the following error occurs.

504 Gateway timeout error occurs

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to setup and maintenance
2. Manage data access set for users
3. Authorize data access
