Unable to execute shell script with expect commands

Customer have SFTP shell scripts based on unix internal utility command exact. Due to missing util under /usr/bin/expect, our shell script is failing with missing directory or filename.

[user@hostname SFTP_Scripts]$ ./
bash: ./ /usr/bin/expect: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

The same type of command worked on our dev/test environment, customer verified on Prod box /usr/bin folder, there are no expect util present.

Can you install missing util files on JCS Prod instance?

/usr/bin/expect: bad interpreter: No such file or directory
