Unable to Set a Workflow Setup to "Inactive" Status in Project/Shell Template for Specific BP: Form Distortion Showing Only the Apply, OK and Cancel Buttons (Doc ID 2434711.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Any Stage environment : Any Version

In a Project/Shell Template, a Business Process contains a Workflow (WF) Setup that cannot be set to "Inactive". When opening this setup, there is a blank window with only the Apply, OK and Cancel buttons, and no option to select the "Inactive" status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting to be able to open the WF Setup and set it to Inactive status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier Environment.
  2. Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > Templates > Shells > Shell Template  > Setup > Business Process > Select the Business Process where the Setup issue resides > Workflow Setup.
  3. There are 2 WF Setups, and both are Active. When opening WF Setup #1, the expected options do not exist and it's a blank and unresponsive window.
