Symptoms

After environment was upgraded from release 12 (R12) into release 13 (R13) Approve Requisition E-mail Notification looks different.
In R13 Approve Requisition E-mail Notification looks different than in R12.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up Manage Requisitions Approvals
2. Create a Requisition
3. Submit the requisition for approval
4. Review Approve Requisition e-mail notification
