Goal

Oracle Fusion Benefits Cloud Service
Release 11.13.18.02.0

Can the output file generated by Benefits Extract process be encrypted before transmitted ?

Client using the seeded Benefits Extract process to extract the enrollment information in various plans and send it to a third party vendor (Knontou), who will in turn send the data to respective Benefit plan carriers.

Client wants to know if the output file generated by the seeded Benefits Extract process can be encrypted before it gets transmitted to Knontou ?

On the Plan Carrier screen, we see a filed labeled as "Private Key File", but couldn't find any documentation regarding this field, or the encryption requirement in general.

Please let us know if this is feasible, and if yes, what steps needs to be followed to implement this.
