Inactivated Partner User Account Is Showing as Active in Data View and SQL Query (Doc ID 2434836.1)

After inactivating users using Bulk Update, the Partner user account status shows as 'Inactive' in the Unifier user interface as expected. However, when running a data view that is written to query the sys_user_info table, the user account shows as 'Active' in the Status column.

The Bulk Update function should update all users accordingly to the status selected. In this case, the user should be inactivated in the Unifier user interface as well as the Unifier database.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

To view an example user:

  1. Company Workspace
  2. User Administration
  3. Partner Users
  4. Select a user who was inactivated by bulk editing users.
  5. Observe that the user is Inactive

Run a data view to see the results:

  1. Company Workspace
  2. Data Structure Setup
  3. Data Views
  4. Select a Data View that queries the sys_user_info table.
  5. Click Data
  6. Search for user account
  7. The status column will show: active: 1
