NEW MAPPING'S DEFAULT TIME FORMAT ERROR (Doc ID 2434961.1)

Symptoms

Customer noticed that uploading an import mapping failed with Time Format error, when they use an import mapping file which is created and exported from UI.

incorrect Time Format (When exporting mapping, the time format is not "null" but the below value is set automatically)
yyyy-MM-dd''T''HH:mm:ss.SSSZ
