Consumption Advice Communication Method (e-mail) Not Working

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users created Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for consignment stock and selected communication method in the agreement e-mail. When completing Consumption Advice job, see this not sending the consumption advice to the mentioned e-mail.
# Create BA for the Consignment and setup consignment advice # daily
# Choose Communication Method # Email and provide Address
# Create Consignment Purchase Order (PO)
# Receive Consignment stock (owning by supplier)
# Change the ownership (by Inter-Org Transfer in this example)
# Run ESS job "Create Consumption advice"
# See Output not sent at requested e-mail address
1. Create BPA for consignment with communication method: e-mail
2. Run Consumption Advice ESS job (based on Frequency)
3. Consumption Advice should send info to supplier automatically through e-mail.
