Searching for ADIPC Instance Results in Error "Service Type Not Found. Make Sure The Instance Was Registered Properly" (Doc ID 2435198.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


When attempting to search for a new instance of Automated Data Integrator Platform Cloud (ADIPC) from the My Services page, the following error occurs:

Service type not found. Make sure the instance was registered properly

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create ADIPC instance.
  2. Search for the instance in the My Services Page and the above error throws.
