Create Dispute Did Not Generate Any Workflow Notification (Doc ID 2435307.1)

Symptoms

An admin user submit a dispute on behalf of the participant.
The workflow notification should route to the participant's analyst but user did not receive any notification.


STEPS

1. Assign Incentive Compensation Participant Manager security role to user directly or inherit in custom job role

2. User create the disputes via  Sales Compensation > Disputes
