Why Are Opened Time and Date Opened - Date From Advanced Custom Object Subject Area Showing Different Values? (Doc ID 2435449.1)

Why in this subject area: Advanced Custom Objects>Case, the values of the following two dates are different?
1. Custom Objects>Case> Opened Time
2. Custom Objects>Case> Date Opened >Date.

When using an Opportunity, we get the date is 8/1 with Opened Time, and 7/31 with Date Opened>Date field.
