Goal

R13 Upgrade display both work and personal email addresses under Directory
  Customer currently in UAT for R13 and see differences in what is displayed on the 'Directory' page. Customer only want the work email address to display. After R13 was applied to TEST Zone and both work and personal email addresses display. There are some instances where work email only shows and other instances where both emails show. Not sure what's making the difference and/or why. Work email address is the only email address system should display. Personal email address should not display. How can customer adjust this?
