Unable to Select aProxy User; The 'Grant Proxy Access To' Data Element Does Not Populate After Picking a User to Act as a Proxy (Doc ID 2435720.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to select a Proxy User from User Control Panel / Preferences by clicking the Proxy tab, selecting a User from the User Picker, and clicking OK, the 'Grant Proxy Access To' data element does not get populated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The 'Grant Proxy Access To' data element should get populated after selecting a User.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to User Preferences.
  2. Click the "Proxy" tab.
  3. Click + (plus symbol) to add users to act as a Proxy.
  4. Under "Grant Proxy Access To", select a user.
  5. Observe that the user's name is not displayed in the "Grant Proxy Access To" field.
