Symptoms
TCC import to update a requisition fails with the following error message in the results file:
The error occurs even if there is not any change to department or organization.
Changes
- The Organization information in Departments has changed recently recently.
- The setting "Link Requisition Organization to Department Organization" is enabled in the zone.
