Business Process Required Fields Are Becoming Un-Required In Android Mobile App (Doc ID 2436047.1)

On Unifier : Version 18.5

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
In the Business Process (BP) there is a Dynamic Data Set (DDS) that has a Master Data Element (DE) that sets the child Behavior Set DE's to Required. The functionality is working through the full application, but when being used through a device running the Android mobile app the Behavior Set DE's are not being set to Required as expected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------

  1. In Mobile android
  2. Login to app
  3. Navigate to the applicable BP
  4. Create a new record or Select an existing record
  5. Set the Master DE of the DDS so that the Behavior Set DE's should be Required
  6. Notice that the Behavior Set DE's are NOT required.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Behavior Set DE's should be Required both through the full application and on the device running the Android mobile app.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot see the fields as Required in mobile.
