Invalid ApiRandomID for API Authentication When Using the Jersey Java Client (Doc ID 2436080.1)

Symptoms

Error when attempting to add a new member to a specific group (see: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/content-cloud/rest-api-users-groups/op-groups-groupid-members-post.html). For Collaboration APIs authentication, the user created apiRandomID by using Jersey client JAVA API.

The randomId works if used POSTMAN REST client; it only fails if the Jersey Java API client is used.
