Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When changing the owner of a account to a specific Person, e.g. "Test Owner", the customer receives the error: You cannot select the parent code "Test Owner" because it is disabled for the classification Category SALES_ACCOUNT_OWNER. (HZ-120342)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. The customer removed the "Owner Test" record from the Manage Classification Categories (SALES_ACCOUNT_OWNER)
  2. The customer removed the "Owner Test" record from the Manage Standard Lookup (SALES_ACCOUNT_OWNER)
  3. The customer has created the new entry "Test Owner" in manage standard lookup (SALES_ACCOUNT_OWNER)
  4. The customer added the new entry "Test Owner" in manage Classification Categories (SALES_ACCOUNT_OWNER)
  5. In the task "Enable Dimensions and Metrics", The customer ran the "Load and Activate" action.
  6. When trying to change an account owner to "Test Owner", the customer receives the error: You cannot select the parent code "Test Owner" because it is disabled for the classification Category SALES_ACCOUNT_OWNER. (HZ-120342)
