Symptoms

Unable to start any application. In Smart View, getting the following error:

Cannot connect to Essbase Server. Error:Essbase Error(1200448):
[Maximum disk data storage limit for applications has been reached. Log in as a Service Administrator until resolved.]

The application log has the following error:

Failed to extend tablespace /u01/latency/hybrid/{appname}/log/ess00001.dat
Out of disk space
