Symptoms

While setting a dashboard as "Default", the system booted out the only application administrator. Now when that user attempts to log in, he gets the prompt to "Do not show this again?" then error:

ERROR

Unexpected login error. Please contact your administrator.

STEPS

1.  Attempt to login to P6Web.

2.  Observe reported error.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the user cannot login to P6Web.
