OAC : Accessing Oracle Analytics Cloud URL gives Error 404—Not Found (Doc ID 2436309.1)

Symptoms

Issue Seen : OAC was created with Enable IDCS/LoadBalancer option checked to True.

After service creation, accessing Oracle Analytics Cloud URL from the service details page in PSM gives following error :

Error 404—Not Found

The URL it redirects to is the following : https://psm-domainname.console.oraclecloud.com/psmui/faces/null/dv/ui?_afrRedirect=72277791504520164

Accessing /dv URL using Public IP Address works fine. Issue only seen when accessing the Oracle Analytics URL from PSM which is supposed to launch the Load Balancer URL
