Goal
Requesting capability in Cloud WMS to have system driven VAS (Value Added Service) during
replenishment or outbound operation.
BUSINESS NEED
=============
Item gets procured from external supplier in large quantity, and stored in
Bulk location, during Replenishment to pick face area or during outbound
operation business need to perform VAS operation like Hologram, pricing label
etc., the expectation is system should drive users to perform VAS on stock
which require VAS activity
