On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

The Employee Resource import ends with errors

HZ_IMP_DUPLICATE_EMAIL
HZ_IMP_ORG_HAS_MGR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Sales Cloud
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance
3. Navigate to Manage File Import Activities
4. Upload Resource Hierarchy file for Import
5. Map fields in file to fields in Sales Cloud
6. Activate Import routine
7. Error occurs on Importing Data (29/40) on every upload

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot import employee resources/organizations.
