On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Click on Call Plans gives an error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OSC
2. Naviaget to Call Plans
3. Gets ADF error

BUSINESS IMPACT

THis is impacting customer ability to test release 13 upgrade and give a go for production upgrade
