Account Combinations Fails when Creating Miscellaneous Transactions (Doc ID 2436990.1)

When creating miscellaneous transactions in Inventory Management, account combinations are failing, even when validation of account is not activated, with the following error:

This combination cannot be used; it either does not exist, or using it here is not permitted.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Inventory Management
2. From task list pick, Create Miscellaneous Transaction
3. Enter transaction type and then click on 'Account'
4. Enter a combination and the above error is encountered.
