Symptoms

On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, Performance

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Internet Explorer 11, when the ADMIN user clicks on the magnifier glass icon from the "Add Self-Paced Activity" page, nothing happens.
After doing multiple refresh Admin is able to select the content.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Open the Search pop-up

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as an ADMIN in Internet Explorer Browser
2. Go to My workforce > Learning > Learner > Offering > Create Offering > add Activity > Offering content
3. While clicking on the magnifying glass icon nothing happens.
